In this example, a Sceeto was configured to go long if a Pivot Low that also has either Engulfing Sweep or a 2SD Tick Ratio occurs within the green band.
The green band is linked to the day's low via the Sierra Chart study Daily OHLC.
You can see the reference from the Daily OHLC study is typed in ALL CAPS into the lower panel of Designer.
In this example it is ID8.SG3
You can adjust the number of ticks that are above below your linked reference line inside the Sceeto study using the Wiggle Ticks input:
With this approach you can go to town linking any level that you'd like.
As you can see in the Designer, you can link up to 6 levels.
You can also flip support to resistance by clicking the Support button. Once the Support button is clicked, the support zone will become a resistance zone.
This configuration is saved in the attached Study Collection, Sceeto Example - Buying Support.StdyCollct.
Please download the file and save it to C:\SierraChart\Data.
You can then apply to this Study Collection to your chart from the Sierra Chart Analysis menu and use it as a baseline.
